Operating Principle
This corrosion-resistant ceramic pressure sensor operates without liquid transfer, with pressure acting directly on the ceramic diaphragm surface. Thick film resistors on the diaphragm back connect to a Wheatstone bridge, generating a linear voltage signal proportional to pressure. Standard signals are calibrated to 2.0/3.0 mV/V, compatible with strain sensors. Laser calibration ensures high temperature and time stability with built-in temperature compensation.
