Description
 

PS0316 series are designed by a mixed package where the silicon pressure sensor and signal processing circuit are packaged into an integral pressure chip. Furthermore, PS0314 series can offer compact design, high accuracy, greatest possible operational reliability, and other numerous options.

Active temperature compensation and linear calibration ensures that the analog signal output of the chip is proportional to the supply voltage and led to a linear function to the input pressure.

Customer - specific sensor characteristics can also be defined although the model PS0314 ensures a wide range of operating pressure, while its typical supply voltage is 5±0.5 V and current is 2.0 mA.

4. The ultrasonic welding process is not recommended to implement , which would affect the chip package;

5. Do not block the inlet hole on the top when manufacturing your products.
