1. SMD PIEZO TOP SOUNDS BUZZER Description
The buzzer is an electronic sounder with an integrated structure. The buzzer is mainly divided into two types of piezoelectric buzzer and electromagnetic buzzer. The buzzer is represented by the letter "H" or "HA" in the circuit (the old standard is "FM", "ZZG", "LB", "JD", etc.).
1. Test conditions

Reliability test

6.1 Life test
Place the test piece at a temperature of 25 ± 10 ° C and input a resonance frequency square wave with a rated voltage and a duty ratio of 1/2 to test for 96 hours.
6.2 High temperature test
The test piece was stored at + 80 ° C for 96 hours, taken out and placed at normal temperature for 3 hours, and then tested.
6.3 Low temperature test
The test piece is stored at a temperature of -30 ° C for 96 hours, taken out and placed at normal temperature for 3 hours, and then tested.
6.4 Humidity test
Put the test piece under the condition of temperature + 40 ± 3 ℃ and humidity 90% ~ 95% for 48 hours, then put it at room temperature for 3 hours and then test.
6.5 Temperature shock test
Put the test piece under the following temperature change conditions: 60 ℃ 1 hour → 25 ℃ 3 hours → -20 ℃ 1 hour → 25 ℃ 3 hours (1 cycle), after completing a cycle experiment, continue after 1 hour One experiment, the total number of test cycles: 10 cycles.
6.6 Floor test
After standard packaging of the test piece (3 sides and 6 sides of the box), it falls from a height of 75 cm onto a thick wooden board or a 5 cm thick hard board
6.7 Mechanical vibration test
Test again after the experiment under the following conditions: vibration speed: 1000 times / min; amplitude: 1.5 mm; time: 1 hour to change the direction of one degree of freedom for a total of 3 degrees of freedom.
