The microporous atomizing sheet utilizes high-frequency vibration of piezoelectric ceramic to drive water particle vibration, creating effective spray. Features include continuous air vibration, high current overload capability, high temperature resistance, and continuous load fogging. Our microporous atomized sheets are coated with a special protective glaze layer that resists acid and alkali, preventing silver layer corrosion and oxidation. They are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
The surface of our Piezo ceramic atomizers is made with 700-800°C high-temperature sintering sealing glass glaze. This provides a bright, beautiful appearance with strong acid and alkali resistance, and a lifetime exceeding 5,000 hours. Our factory-produced Piezo ceramic atomizing films have been certified through hundreds of test experiments, featuring stable performance, small fog particles, large atomization capacity, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and long service life.
