To address the risk of damaging the IC due to interference with a peak slew rate of 3V/nS or higher at the signal terminals when sensors are used in end customers' applications (especially for pure electric vehicles), We has made the following improvements:
1. A 33R current-limiting resistor is placed in series before the decoupling capacitor. The components within the blue box have had their parameters increased or modified.

2.A 33R resistor is connected at the sensor power input. The devices within the red box have their component parameters modified or added.

Note:
The two modification methods mentioned above can both protect the IC from the risks brought by 9.3V/nS high-voltage pulses. The PCB layouts of the two reference circuits can be referred to as needed.
In addition to enhancing the protection capability against high-voltage pulse with high slew rate, the above reference circuits also improve the withstand voltage of the sensor and prevent the occurrence of EOS.
