TAIMI Ceramic Core Usage Guide Installation Recommendations
The following concise illustration is merely a guideline. It is recommended that when the external connector (pressure adapter + locking ring) is made of a rigid material (such as stainless steel), the compression ring (spacer) inserted behind the sensor and located between the ceramic and stainless steel should be made of a soft material (such as brass).

1:The selection of "O" ring material and external clamping component material must take into account the type of liquid being used. For example, for "oil", use fluorocarbon rubber.
The compression rate of the diameter of the "O" ring circular surface is approximately maintained at around 20%, and ensure that the bottom of the sensor remains in a floating
state (without contacting the metal).
Generally, for rubber rings with a range of 2-50 bar, use a hardness of 70! For 50 bar - 200 bar, use a hardness of 70-75! For 300 bar and above, use a hardness of 80.
2: After the sensor assembly is completed, it is placed in a high-temperature chamber for aging at 80℃ for 8 hours to eliminate the internal stress in the ceramic. After it has naturally cooled down, proceed to the next process.
3: The circular white area indicated by the red arrow in the following figure is the force-bearing area of the ceramic sensor. The black membrane area cannot be subjected to force or damaged.
